Our resort nestled in the middle of unspoilt Teluk Dalam white sandy beach on the south tip of Perhentian Besar (big island). Perhentian Tunabay Island Resort

Seems to be the nicest place on the island, for now. Gets good reviews from other sources. The dive center has a PADI 5-Star Gold Palm Resort rating.
